What questions should I ask my family lawyer?

What are the upfront costs to deal with your matter. Which court is applicable for the matter. Will I be eligible for child support and spousal maintenance?

Depending on your situation, there are several family law arrangements, e.g., Binding Financial Agreements (BFA), Consent orders, parenting orders, Deeds of family arrangement, etc.

Your rights depend on when you were separated (even if you lived under the same roof), whether children are involved, and property and financial matters.
